Our range is offered in fifteen brands of multiple pack sizes to our customers spread all across the globe. Prepared from aromatic plants and woods, our range offers a sense of spirituality to any ambiance. Quality is our forte and we make consistent efforts towards improvising the attributes of our range of incense sticks. Our stringent quality control program starts from the time of the procurement of raw material and goes until the final packaging. Our quality control team, which is manned by quality controllers check the quality of the products on varied parameters. More than thirty quality checks are carried out in-house and about twenty checks are done by material suppliers.

Some of the parameters on which the quality is stringently checked for, are:

• Raw agarbatti checks
• Burning checks
• Uniformity checks
• Stick selection tests
• Oil content
• Oxidizer quantity
• Mixture density

A complete labor intensive methodology is incorporated in the manufacturing process.

The varies steps, which undergoes in the manufacturing of the incense sticks are as under:

• Bundles of punk sticks are procured from a specialized suppliers
• The ends of these sticks are cleaned by pounding the end of each bundle in front of a vacuum cleaner, which ensures to accumulate the dust in it.
• The bundles are selected for a particular fragrance and the even ends of the sticks, still tightly bundled, are painted with a color unique to that fragrance.
• After the ends are painted, the bundles are left overnight for the paint to dry.
• The next day, fragrance oils are mixed, and the punk-covered ends of the bundles are dipped in the fragrance. They are again left on shelves to dry overnight.
• In the manufacturing process, the natural gums and resins from precious woods, such as powdered sandalwood, are loaded into vats where they are mixed with other organic raw materials.
• The incense sticks, cones and coils are then cut evenly and laid out neatly and meticulously in wooded forms where they are left to dry.
• From here they are taken to a large room where the moisture, temperature, and light are carefully controlled.
