Leveraging on our established product development facility, which is well equipped with requisite facilities to produce upto one million sticks in a day. We ensure that our product development unit woks in tandem with our research and development wing to offer our clients with innovative range of products. However, since the industry is labor intensive, we ensure that we offer our workers with necessary facilities to make them feel comfortable and work in a conducive environment. A complete labor intensive methodology is incorporated in the manufacturing process. The varies steps, which undergoes in the manufacturing of the incense sticks are as under:

• Bundles of punk sticks are procured from a specialized suppliers
• The ends of these sticks are cleaned by pounding the end of each bundle in front of a vacuum cleaner, which ensures to accumulate the dust in it.
• The bundles are selected for a particular fragrance and the even ends of the sticks, still tightly bundled, are painted with a color unique to that fragrance.
